With programs led by highly experienced instructors and coaches, at Pro Sports we provide local children with the opportunity to experience a range of sports skills and activities, and become engaged in regular training designed to develop their overall athleticism, their love for sport and ability to perform deliberate practice. As the children grow, develop their skills and express an ability and desire to play a particular sport, they can begin to specialize in it.
An active start for kids between the ages of 3 and 5.Our introductory programs incorporate fundamental movement skills to prepare their bodies for sports, develop their coordination, and maximize their physical potential.
Catered towards Kids from 6 to 14 years of age. They can expand their abilities in these programs, which teach them all the fundamentals and basic sports skills they’ll need, with focus on their overall development in the sports they participate in.
For kids 12 to 15 and 15 to 17 years old of age. These advanced sessions are ideal for building their aerobic base, gaining more agility, and increasing their strength as they work their way through the program and develop their skills in a specific sport.
For those between 14 and 17 and 17+.Our performance level coaching and training sessions maximize fitness preparation, as well as individual and teamwork skills in a chosen sport. Additionally, this program develops a player’s tactical and technical skills while improving their overall fitness.
Adults get the opportunity to evolve and master the sports they love in recreational programs that adhere to a professional athlete’s training schedule, practice sessions and games.
